Self awareness has been part of many spiritual paths, but how does one truly become "aware"? Awareness is not only the effort to understand something, but to actually apply and work with it. When we apply the Teachings, we become aware of the validity and Truth behind them. Simply reading a recipe book does not produce an actual meal. Awareness and application go hand and hand and this episode focuses on how to become aware of the I AM Presence.

In season 1: episode 6, we learned of the Holy Christ Self (Higher Mental Body) and how this is our higher consciousness that knows our every requirement of the hour and releases energy from our Divine Source - the IAM Presence.
